Electrical Condition Reports and Electrical Services

Our in – house electrician is fully qualified and insured so that you can be sure your property is fully certified to the current regulations. Just need an extra socket? From full house re-wiring to adding an additional socket, our electrician will do a great job at a great price. He will also turn up on time!

Gas Safety Certificates and Boiler Breakdown / Servicing

Every rental property is required to have a current Gas Safety Certificate and we can arrange this for you with our fully qualified gas engineer. We can also send you an annual reminder so you don’t have to worry about letting your certificate lapse. 24 hour breakdown cover is also available.


Before any property can be advertised for sale of to rent, you will need an EPC or Energy Performance Certificate. You need this regardless of if you are letting / selling through an agent or if you are putting a card in a shop window or an ad on social media. Your certificate expires after 10 years and there is an online register of all properties that have one. Don’t get caught out and get fined. We can arrange this service for you.
